Event Genius’ award-winning Event Genius Pay solution is creating more industry buzz after making the shortlist for the Event Technology Awards in the coveted ‘Best Sales Technology’ category. We've been dancing on the desks since the announcement and can't wait for the awards evening in November!
We delivered Event Genius Pay to the organisers, staff and fans at Annie Mac’s Lost & Found Festival in Malta as a replacement for an archaic physical token-based payment system. The solution was implemented to improve the experience for their fans, provide better data insights and, ultimately, help boost their revenues.
We launched an online white-label box office that allowed fans to pre-purchase credits alongside their tickets, making it easier for them to plan their budget for food, drink and merch. Upon arrival, fans exchanged their ticket for an RFID enabled wristband, which was then loaded with pre-purchased credits. These credits could be spent with a quick tap of their wrist at any bar or vendor at the festival’s main arena or any of the additional castle raves, pool, beach and boat parties that make up this challenging event.
