At Event Genius we’re always striving to provide our partners with the best experience possible. And as we’ve begun partnering with clients all over the world, we’ve seen a real need to give our partners a more direct channel of service, 24 hours a day, five days a week.

We’re therefore proud to say that we now offer a round the clock live chat on the Event Genius dashboard, which will allow our partners to speak to us directly in order to help resolve any questions they may have quickly and easily. The live chat also lets promoters get advice and guidance on setup or any other functionalities of the Event Genius service suite.

The live chat is now live and available to use immediately, and is staffed 24 hours a day from Monday - Friday. To access it, simply log into your Event Genius account and click the icon in the bottom right corner of the dashboard.
